If the items you bought from Foot Locker didn’t meet your expectations, then you can return them for either a refund or exchange.
1. You may return your item to a store for a refund or exchange. To find a store near you, please click here.
2. If you wish to return an item to our Distribution Center for a refund or exchange, please access our ReadyReturns portal here.
- You have up to 45 days from the date of purchase to complete the return or exchange. Returns received more than 45 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- The items must be in new condition and repackaged in the original box with all tags and packaging included.
- Our guarantee: It'll fit or we'll exchange it for free!
- Exchanges are pending item availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our return and exchange policy.
- You'll receive a credit to your original payment method once we receive your items.
- Restock fees may apply*.
- On average, returns will reach us within 5-6 business days and can take 3-5 business days to process once delivered.
3. If returning a store purchased item to our distribution center by mail, please include a copy of your receipt within the package. If you don't have a copy of your receipt or forgot to include one within the package, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
4. If you are requesting an exchange on an order that was originally shipped to the store, your exchange item(s) will be sent to the same store unless you request an alternate shipping address when returning the exchange item(s).
* There will be $6.99 deducted from your refund when a Ready Returns Label is used, and a “Refund” is selected. There is no charge for the Ready Returns Label if an “Exchange” is requested and the exchange item is available to send.
The fine print
- If you believe your item is defective, it must be returned within 45 days. The item will be inspected by our Returns Department to determine if there is a manufacturers defect. If the item is deemed defective, we will process a return in accordance with our return policy. If the item is not deemed defective, it will be returned to the original shipping address on file for your order
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns when using any shipping method other than our ReadyReturns label. If using your own return shipping service, please keep your return tracking number readily available.
- Exchanges are shipped via standard 3-5 business day shipping.
- We don't accept COD returns.
- We don't accept international returns.
- Free return shipping is limited to standard delivery within the contiguous United States.
- Exchanged items can only be sent to one address.
