- Send us an email for current information on your order.
(All orders placed that contain an email address on the account will receive an email confirmation upon the placement of the order.)
What if I'm a registered user?
As a registered user, you can sign into your account. You can look up your orders without entering your customer number and order number for each order. Here's how:
- Sign into your account.
- From the My Account page, click the "My Orders" link.
- Your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status.
