Can't find a package marked delivered or no tracking updates?
If tracking information shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please wait 2 calendar days past the delivery notification to contact Customer Care as the carrier may have marked it delivered in error. Before contacting us, please:
- Check all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards.
- Check with anyone who might have retrieved the package.
- Look for a note from your carrier on the door.
- Review your shipping confirmation email and confirm it is accurate.
- Live in an apartment? Check with your front desk attendant, building security, and mailroom.
- For your safety, please do not attempt to retrieve your package if it has been delivered incorrectly.
If your package is past the delivery date and there are no scans, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Package damaged or Items missing?
Please take pictures to document the condition of the package when it arrived. Keep all enclosed packing slips and return labels. The carrier may also start an investigation on your behalf. Please respond promptly to emails from us and your carrier to help resolve all issues quickly as possible.

All claims of Lost Package, Damaged Package or Missing Items must be reported within 45 days of the date the carrier marked your package “delivered”.
