If you believe your item is defective, it must be returned within 45 days of when the order was placed.
If you receive a defective, worn or damaged item upon the arrival of your package, please reach out to our customer service team so we can help you get a replacement order. (pending item availability) If the item is no longer available, it will need to be returned either in-store or by mail for a refund.
If a defect happens after using the item, it will need to be returned either in-store or by mail for review by our returns team.
- If the item is deemed defective by our returns team, we will process a refund in accordance with our return policy
- If the item is not deemed defective, it will be returned to the original shipping address on file for the order
