How long does it take for my FLX points to show on my account?
Points will typically be added to your Account within approximately three (3) business days from the day you earned them (i.e., the day you completed an in-store purchase or the day your transaction’s order shipped (whether that order is placed online or in-store)), but it can take up to thirty (30) days.
Tip: The expiration date for points is based on when the points are added to your account.
For example: If you place an order on March 31st, 2026, but the order does not ship until April 1st, 2026, the points will be added on April 1st, 2026 (when the order ships). These points will expire on the last day of April 2027.
