- It takes Klarna around 5-7 business days to process and post your refund to your original payment method.
*Returns for orders paid with Klarna can not be done in our stores. All Klarna purchases must be sent in to our Returns and Exchanges Department.
I paid with Klarna. What do I need to know about exchanges?

- If your item doesn’t fit right or you don’t like the color, then you can exchange the same item for a different color or size.
- We're unable to process exchanges where the new item cost is different than the original item cost.
